This page lets Mdaresna users request deletion of their app account outside the mobile app, in line with Google Play account deletion requirements.

How to start your deletion request

Mdaresna is a B2B administrative tool for schools. It does not offer digital goods. Unit allocations and financial settlements are handled outside the app through offline institutional arrangements.

Send an email to support@mdaresna.com with the subject Mdaresna Account Deletion Request.

To help us locate your account faster, include your phone number or email used in the app. Your userId is optional if you know it.

Start Deletion Request

If your device does not open an email app automatically, send the same request manually to support@mdaresna.com.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your Mdaresna account profile and app access.
  • Personal account data associated with that app account, unless retention is legally required.
  • Eligible operational data linked directly to your account, where deletion or anonymization is permitted under our legal and school-service obligations.

What May Be Retained

  • Records we are legally required to keep for compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
  • Backup or audit records that are retained temporarily and removed according to our retention schedule.
  • School-related student, parent, classroom, or operational records that must be preserved by law or institutional obligation before deletion or anonymization.
