Passwords are transmitted securely and not logged; mobile stores credentials in encrypted storage when auto-login is enabled.
We apply access controls to restrict internal access to data.
6. Retention & Deletion
We keep data as long as your account is active or as required by law.
You can request account or eligible personal-data deletion; we will remove or anonymize data unless retention is legally required.

Mdaresna is an educational and school-management platform for schools, staff, parents, and students.
The app is limited to educational follow-up, communication, moderation, and school-management features.
School administrators manage operational records such as school profiles, users, classrooms, attendance, notes, and posts according to their permissions.
8. Student Use
Students aged 3 years and older may use the app when access is provided by their school or parent/guardian.
Student access is intended for educational follow-up, school communication, classroom activity, and viewing school-related information.
Parents, guardians, schools, and authorized staff are responsible for supervising student use and keeping student information accurate and appropriate.
9. Your Choices
You can update profile data from within the app.
You can revoke permissions (camera, photos) from your device settings, but some features may not work.
You can opt out of notifications via app or device settings.
10. Community Safety & Moderation
Users can report posts, report users, and block abusive users when they believe content or behavior should be reviewed.
Schools and platform moderators may review reports and take action on a case-by-case basis.
Actions may include content removal, permission changes, removal from a school, access suspension, or account termination for violations or repeated substantiated reports.
Moderation decisions are not based on a guaranteed fixed report-count threshold and may depend on severity, evidence, and user safety.
